I was the second car in the drive through. The employee over the speaker said “I’ll be right with you.” 6 minutes later, and after saying “hello” twice, she took my order. It was my fault for even staying in line. When I pulled around to pay, the car in front of me wasn’t there. There was 3 more cars behind me at 10 p.m. now that it took so long to take me order. This isn’t any fault to the employees, but these places will not be around if “fast food” is SLOW!

I had tooth surgery, so it had been a couple of weeks since I ate anything but "soft" food. This burger was absolutely delicious! The drive-through guys voice is absolutely amazing!! He would make a great DJ on the radio!! I actually thought it was a recording!!

How is it that they say 2 am closing but at 1:15 they’re closed???This is why places like this get horrible reviews!!! Calling corporate!!
It was absolutely spotless! The workers were friendly, and fast. Haven't been in a BK in 17 years. I was so impressed. Will be back for sure. The Whopper tasted the same.loved it.
I arrived in the line so 5:30 PM today 12/13/23. From that moment to getting my food handed to me was 47 minutes at the drive up. I wish I was making this up but I promise this is the truth. I ordered the Shroom and Swiss sandwich and 8 cheesy tots. I don't know if they are that short handed or not. Once I got the food it was good and it was hot. 47 minutes in a fast food place is ridiculous. BTE, I agree that Stuart is amazingly kind, however, he was not there today.

I don't know how this place even has 3 stars. Worst service of any fast food place I been to. Slow employees that you have to remind them what you ordered when you get to the window. I was the only one too because they take one order at a time and don't even take another order until one car gets through. Rude manager who when I made a comment to told me "I could come in here and make it myself." And these are the clowns that think they deserve better pay. Stay away.
