If you are closed inside, the door should be locked. I placed an online order which clearly said pick up inside!! The girl rudely said “we’re not open inside, what did you even order.” I’m not sure why as a paying customer I’m being spoken to with that tone. None of the employees looked like they wanted to be there and everyone was rude. I will never come to this location again. I would suggest teaching your employees about the right way to speak to people who are paying you to make food for them. Just an incredibly horrible experience

Miserable experience every time! Consistently long wait times even when not busy. If it is busy expect half hour wait times.Recent visit took the cake with me standing 5 feet from the counter for a mobile pickup and I was there 20+ minutes with the lady at the counter calling 8 people past me to take their order, never once asked what I was there for as she kept calling people to the other register.Place will not get my business again.

Went through the drive thru today saw an employee making someone ice cream some got on the side of the cup he scooped it up with his hand into the cup and wiped it on his clothes. Completely disgusted ? will go to cold stone instead .

The cashier conveniently walked away when it was time to take my daughter's order and although fully staffed, choose to assist other employees than to take ours. Incidentally, from myself moving forward are all people of Color.

I think they should have at least one manager on duty over 18. They just don't seem like they want to be there. I just grabbed some Dilly bars out of the freezer and left. I didn't want to bother
I wish this place didn't look so close in the morning (before 11). When I'm in the mood for it and I'm already out, dairy queen is the first place I think to go. Unfortunately, whenever I drive pass, lights look off, no cars in lot, no "open" sign is lit, so I keep on going. Google says it opens at 10am, but I never chance it because it looks so closed lol. Maybe add LED sign on the outside, on the building because I will never know if they're open for sure, unless I see a car in the Drive-thru, or some kind of movement. Also, the teenagers need more training on how to communicate, so the service isn't all that great, but the food is ? lol

The woman working the drive thru was extremely dumb! We repeated our order to her, three times, but she still didn't get it right. We asked for something on the side, and she said Dairy Queen didn't do that. Terrible service. It's unfortunate because the ice cream and food is good, but the service is bad!
