Everything was great about Jimmy Dee's except the corned beef dinner just didn't agree with me by the time I got home ?☹️.

Ordered Reuben for my mom and fish&chips for me.Reuben is good as always but the Fish &Chips portion size was almost funny.First off three very small pieces of fish, they should call them fish sticks! The batter was good on them but the portion size was jokingly funny. At Tina’s Country restaurant down the road the fish pieces are over twice the size plus you get two large beer batter shrimp, large coleslaw and soup or salad for the same price. The Cole slaw portion was also tiny, about 4 tablespoons sized.Won’t be back at JD’s for fish dinners!I will say the fish was good but much better portions anywhere else like Tina’s or Art&Jakes but Tina’s my favorite thus fare compared to about 7-8 other places I’ve been to for fish & chips.

Three stars for the atmosphere due to the terrible country music that is always on. They’re renowned for their corned beef. It’s good, but I have had better. I feel that they’re going for quantity over quality I found it a little on the dryer side. Waffle fries were great. And my buddy’s chicken strips were on point.

I am sadly underwhelmed for the last time with the service here. The last time we were sat in a room with nobody in it and waited forever for everything. Well we went back today and while we were sat in a booth by the bar which was what we wanted the service and atmosphere was downhill from there. The food itself was good, took a while for a burger, fries and a chicken wrap but it was fine. The pop, soda, was flat as can be. The place itself was barely what I'd call clean. The floors need scrubbed, the bathrooms need a bleaching and the booths and things on the tables to hold the ketchup and salt and pepper are disgusting. The window sills, doors and decor were all covered in dust. The menu's were greasy and I never once saw a server or bartender use an ice scooper.Parking: Free parking lot with handicap spaces. The lot itself is kind of oddly setup.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spaces available and while there is a ramp in the curb leading to the entrance navigating it with a wheelchair would be difficult. Also, doors are manual and there are two to go through that are difficult to open for someone that isn't handicapped.
