We went through the drive thru and the person who handed us our food had snot running out of her nose and into her mouth. It was crusty under the river of snot, so it had been awhile since she addressed this. Needless to say, we didn't eat our food. Throughly disgusted.

I love Tim Hortons, but this location leaves something to be desired. Every time I go there, something is wrong, or flat out missing, from my order. On an individual basis, it’s not enough to make a stink about (I’m not driving back for a $1 donut they didn’t give me), but the fact that it happens every time has me thinking I won’t go to this location again.

10/10. Best Tim Horton’s in Clinton Township. Loveeeeeee my Timmy’s fam. Been going here for years and I always get my coffee the same way. Without fail, it’s made correctly. Not only that, but the people are always amazing to interact with. I’m reading all of these other comments & I must say….people, you are going to a fast food restaurant. I get exactly what I want every time and am treated with respect, because I give it to them. If you want fine dining and a luxury coffee, you’re going to have to pay for it. Starbucks is right up the road.

I have been going to this Tim Hortons for years. It's the best one in Clinton township. I get a coffee the same way everyday, and it always tastes the same. Which is sometimes a rarity at other tim Hortons. I also love the staff which keeps me coming back. Give kindness to your coffee people and receive it back. Bless

OK I frequent this Tim Hortons often and enough is enough. The people are kind but their attention detail is horrible. Every day my coffee is made different and I ordered the same way every single time it taste disgusting every single time. Only one person makes it correctly and he’s so busy that he can’t make it every time. I’ve never gone back to get a refund or anything like that but today was the final straw. My coffee was made wrong again with me given instruction on how to make it. My ford order was wrap with no egg l, egg on the wrap, and it did not have the sauce that goes on the whip. I will not go there again.

Came in at 6:50 friday night and middle aged lady with glasses got a fat attitude with me and told me their dine in room closed in ten minutes. Didn’t wanna eat there so I just left. Tim Horton would be rolling in his grave with this customer service.

This location has definitely become my new favorite location. The employees were super nice. There was a kind Asian guy at the window who was really friendly and nice.
Only the basic bagel choice. Hash browns are never fresh from this location. Coffee is a hit or miss!What was poor service has now become worse ?

We walked into the tim hordon at 7pm, an hour before it closed, and was told by the person, with a bad attitude, that the dining area was closed, and we needed to go through the drive through. Closing the dining room before closing the restaurant is horrible service and business. There are too many great places to get coffee and food on hall rd, and I will not be spending my money here again.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST Tim Hortons on the planet! Service horrible, iced coffee was the absolute most bitter thing I have ever consumed! With two creams ordered it looked and tasted like sludge! Shame on you for serving that poison TWICE now. I'm done and YOU ARE FIRED! Do Tim Hortons a favor and CLOSE this place down!

I went inside to order so I could pick out my dozen donuts. The young man was very nice. I was disappointed that there were no donuts with sprinkles, although I do understand that things sell out. I was most disappointed, however, that neither of my Boston cream donuts had anything inside. I tried to call, so that others wouldn't get the same thing, but it just rang forever and then asked for my access code.

The ladies there are personable and courteous. I moved my daughter's family to the area and walked there. Needless to say I walked back a second time for a second cup. Great place. When in the area I will go by there again.
