Great small town bar with the usual apps and good burgers. It's nice to find a place that doesn't try to glam up the menu it seems like everyone is trying to be too upscale. This place is a bar and they do it well. I will definitely be a regular when I'm in the area.

We've been patronizing Hoppies for more than 15 years. It is definitely one of our go-to places in the area. They have a pretty extensive menu, and the food is without question better than your typical bar food.Some of my fav's: fish & chips, seafood burrito, and you can't go wrong with any one of their specialty burgers with some waffle (hoppie) fries.

By word of mouth we heard this place was a must visit for pizza. We didn't get to enjoy the atmosphere as we only picked up pizza to go. The pizza was simple and delicious. I will definitely try dining in and giving another review when I'm back in the area.

I was at this place about a month ago. After waiting ten minutes for a waitress to take our order we left. The place wasn't busy and the waitstaff were fooling around in the back. Hostess was rude and unaccommodating. Very frustrating as Hoppies is definitely out of our way to get there and to be treated so poorly by staff soured us on this place.
