“I stopped here around noon today 4/10/24 and the barista with the mid length curly hair and glasses made me the best matcha I’ve ever had (100’s of them truly from bougie places to at home to other biggby’s) Not only that but they served me with such friendliness that it lifted my day & spirit enough to want to give kindness to others. Bravo Chelsea Biggby for being wonderful in food, drink, professionalism & kindness. I was stopping on a road trip from Detroit to Chicago and it made me want to come check out more of what Chelsea has to offer!“

“I love this place so much, I come almost every morning for breakfast. However the management is absolutely terrible. Most of the time there is only one employee working frantically to make orders for a whole line of people. I feel really bad for the workers as it’s not their fault but something needs to change.“

“This is a new location which has a really nice design. The seating areas are well thought out with charging ports close by. The tables were cleaned and drink pick-up areas void of spills.The staff was quite friendly and very efficient in getting the drink made (decaf pour over).There are two very large unisex bathrooms that are well maintained.“

“Nice location. Typically the service here is good but on my most recent visit around dinner time it was slow in the lobby. There wasn't anyone in the lobby, but there was a long drive through line. The fries were okay, but not as hot and good as they sometimes are.“

“We visited over lunch on a Saturday. We bought lunch from Ratterman Bread Haus and brought it over to the brewery. We had a flight and really liked the Chocolate Raspberry Stout. They had sodas and lemonade for non drinkers. The room was busy but there was still a table immediately available. They also sell coffee and hot cocoa. Free Wi-Fi and ample parking, right next to the Border to Border trail.“

“Happened across the Bearclaw Coffee Co. and had to try their coffee ☕️ it was fabulous ? what a unique establishment (it's a drive through); service was excellent, price was very reasonable. Glad I found it and will definitely visit again when in the area.“

“My husband and I live in SC but we were in town visiting family. We stopped here for coffee and it was delicious! We will definitely be sure to stop by during our next visit this summer! The dirty chai with oat milk was the best I’ve ever had, and the toasted coconut frappe was to die for!“

“I do want to say that Joe and Rosie don't sell ice cream in the winter. Or at least not this winter,o r the day we came by. It's important to be told no sometimes. I took solace in that. No matter who you were, no matter how much money you had, you were not getting ice cream from Joe and Rosie that day. We came for warmth and nourishment. We left with a taste of justice.“

“Yes, 5 stars. Wonderfully remodeled years ago, loads of parking, drive thru is quick. The busy periods (breakfast/lunch/dinner) are intense and it sometimes feels their staff is stretched a bit thin. Knkw what's great, though? Their management staff is phenomenal. Problem? They fix it - and fast. My kiddo, who worked at Noodles for a couple years said it's the menu (large, and he feels customers change orders at McD's a lot and this creates snags, delays and (sometimes) errors in your order.I refuse to drop my rating, though, because I don't see perturbed reactions and often get a coupon. for freebies. I'm sad the all-day breakfast disappeared, but I've survived it.Two things I love: substitute a shale for a drink, and the upsize drinks for no extra charge. Finally, a place that doesn't treat Sprite like it's a fine vodka.I have loved the ubiquitous Big Mac my entire (long) life, while the family gets the Quarter Pounder and McNuggets...the latter improved HUGE when they changed from processed (sorta chicken) to the real deal. And some of their spicy chicken sandwiches ARE spicy!Tip: find a friend that works at a McD's and you'll get some freebies.Like MANY places, go in with a sense of reality. Its's McD's. And kudos to them for for providing meals that are mainstream Americana. You don't have your anniversary dinner here (ok, maybe, to each their own) but a people pleaser.“

“I am not one to be impressed by a fast food restaurant, but this location blows every city fast food joint I have ever visited out of the water. The breakfast service here is flawless and they have yet to screw up a single order. The drive thru is impeccable, quick, and the wait is surprisingly never long, especially in the mornings. The late night evening service is just as good as the morning staff.The customer service here is excellent! I have personally had the pleasure of encountering the two best managers at this restaurant. Both Trenton and Liaf deserve some recognition for all the hard work, dedication, and sacrifice they do for McDonalds. Give these men a raise and some paid time off because they earned it.Believe it or not, the ice cream machine is never broken down here. I call that a win-win in my book. Every time I tried to get a vanilla cone in the city, I was met with aggressive employees screaming at me through the speakers.The only bummer here is they took out the fountain drinks in the lobby. Unfortunately, unruly individuals would just walk in and help themselves to free drinks instead of paying. If you do choose to dine-in, the employees will be more than happy to refill your drinks at no extra charge.This is most definitely the best McDonalds I have ever been to and continue to visit. The sweet tea is so good that I cannot get enough of it! The sausage egg and cheese McGridlles are addicting right along with their hot coffee made fresh daily. I highly recommend this place to anyone local or just passing through.Parking: Huge parking lot with spaces available all around this building. Plenty of handicap spots to go around.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp here which makes it easy for anyone in a wheelchair or physically limited.“
