Amazingly slow service, I think I got there on orientation day for multiple new employees. Sandwiches were good. Must have taken 15 minutes to get 3 sandwiches.

The workers act like you are inconveniencing them when you place your order. Sandwiches are good when they are actually open.

I asked for one thing which was a sandwich with just roast beef and lettuce, I got that with tomatoes and mayo on it which I personally hate. We made it very clear and still the workers didn’t pay attention, and right after my sandwich was made the kid went straight on his phone in the back, the workers don’t seem to care.

For a first time customer of Jimmy Johns in Chelsea, MI, I can say I am very disappointed and will never return to another Jimmy Johns. The couple of times I have been in there I’ve been treated very poorly. My first order was online and since having no prior knowledge of how online orders work, I was belittled and made out to be d**** As an employee of customer service of a nearby company, we have went from referring customers to Jimmy Johns establishment while they wait to having customers tell us this restaurant location is a joke and they will also never return. I feel sorry for anyone who has come/came here. On my last experience I was a bystander to a woman gettingblatantly ignored when asking a question about in store pick up. Save your time and money and do not go to this location. As they previously had a couple notes on the door stating they were closed (at 10am) and that Subway was right down the street.

I have made multiple attempts to patronize this establishment, a total of three to be precise. On two of those occasions, I was met with locked doors and no indication of operational hours. The lack of posted business hours is a clear oversight that frustrates patrons and demonstrates a lack of customer-centric decision making.During the singular occasion when I was fortunate enough to find the establishment operational, it unfortunately fell short of acceptable service standards. An ill-timed depletion of a core ingredient - bread in this instance - led to an unplanned closure of the business for an hour. However, the sign notifying customers of the situation was left up even after reopening, which further exhibits a lack of attention to detail.My most recent visit found the establishment once again shuttered, albeit with a visible presence inside. I took the initiative to contact the establishment and spoke with the manager, Josh. According to Josh, he had made an attempt to rectify the online hours, only to be rebuffed by higher management with claims of impossibility.My interaction with Josh was less than satisfactory as he was unable to provide further assistance, nor could he offer an alternative point of contact. This experience has led me to question the commitment of the management to their customer base. The lack of responsive action and inability to address simple operational issues paints a disappointing picture of this business's dedication to effective service delivery.
