Cross contamination from meat to veggies. No glove change. The stores online ordering was down for hours and they WOULD NOT honor the buy one get one free deal even though the issue was on their end. Not great business practice.

Just passing through the Chelsea Secretary of State Office and saw there was a Subway in the same complex. Glad I stopped in. Food was delicious and the two ladies working there were super friendly. I got a side of meatballs for my dog and they were so nice about it.I come from a restaurant family, and Customer Service is very important to me. They made my visit. Many Subways just feel like a chain store that is just moving you through the line. This experience was different. I will be back!Dietary restrictions: Made to order so you can get it just the way you want. I think they even have a gluten-free bread option.

Shame on me for not checking my receipt. My wife and on stopped in on the way across the state. Later in the day we looked at our receipt to realize the young man who rang us up charged us for 12” subs when we both order 6”. Make sure to check your receipts before walking

I always love going to subway because it is a healthier place if you want something to eat. I love that there is cookies and chips to go along with it too. The workers are usually super nice here and they always are polite and serve the food really nice.

I had an experience at this location that ruined the rest of my day. I walked in to pick up an online order when a belligerent customer (middle-aged white woman) singled me out and harassed me in front of the other customers. Not only did this make me feel very uncomfortable, but the employees did absolutely nothing to address the situation or check in if I was okay.On top of this, I noticed that the employee handing me my order (young white man with glasses and a shaved head) had a condescending smirk on his face when he called me by my name immediately after I got his attention. It is understandable that an employee would learn the names of returning customers, but the immediacy at which this employee said my name made it appear that he was consciously anticipating my arrival (while there were nearly a dozen other customers standing in the store... waiting to be served...). I find this singling out of individual customers to be quite disturbing, and it seems possible that this may have also involved other employees, as all but 1 of the 5 employees were huddled in a circle with their backs TURNED AWAY from a room full of customers as soon as I walked into the restaurant (very unprofessional).This experience has truly spoiled how I see Subway as a brand. I have had multiple other issues at this location in the past year or so (employees late to completing my online order or not fulfilling the order at all, experiences with other belligerent customers) that I was willing to overlook until now. But today has proven to me that these were not isolated incidents.It's also frustrating to know that I could have avoided part of this unwelcoming experience if this store simply put online orders on a rack or stand so that customers could pick up their orders themselves (a standard practice across the fast food industry). I'm extremely disappointed because I have been coming to this exact location on and off since I was a child. Funny way for a restaurant to show their appreciation of customer loyalty... I don't think I will order Subway ever again.

UPDATE:This is not so much the new owner but the owners back in 2002. They intentionally put too much on their plate by working at other places, trying to raise a kid, and they were ages were really spread out. Not a good way to affectively run a business. This.. the workers there at the time were not that great.

I had a very bad experience with a steak subway sandwich we purchased 2 Saturdays ago from Chelsea subway.I am giving this place a zero rating.I had a small roach on my index fingerthat came from my sandwich.This place is extremely not sanitary.They are supposed to use exterminators to keep this from happening.I will never eat at subway again..especially in Chelsea.
