Seems like Everytime I come here the lobby is closed. It makes it hard to want to spend $50-60 with a family when we can't even come in and sit down or use the restroom.

First no signs on door stating hours for the lobby. Surprisingly lobby door was locked at 9:41am. So drive-thru I guess it is. 3 cars in line total. One at window, one ordering and myself waiting. 15 mins later I get to the window to pay for my two breakfast meals. Typical, after you give them payment. Then they want you to pull forward because you have to wait on a egg. 6 mins later they come out and just hand you the food. No apology, no thank you for you patience. One sandwich fresh and hot, the other not so much. Cold, muffin so hard I can use it as a throwing weapon. So either is was prepaid waiting for some poor soul to order it, or they sell stale English muffins. And calling, well that was a joke as well. Going to pass on this establishment for the whole weekend I am here. As a business owner whom deals, and and maintenance restaurants. I don't like leaving these kinda reviews.

Back in 2016-2018 this used to be the worst Wendy's. They have done a complete 180 since then. Consistently properly made food and friendly service from everyone I've met. Drive through and at the counter.
