I understand mistakes happen. I called in an order, but when I got there they had missed making it. The person working the counter looked through the staging area and then asked a person in the back making the pizzas about my order. This person proceeded to belittle the counter worker telling him it was in the middle of the warmer what was he blind,and asked if he was stupid.. Come to find out the order was never made no one came out to talk to me and say they were sorry or to apologize to the young man at the counter. After waiting an additional 15 minutes for the order to actually be made, and listening to the rude behavior, I asked to speak to manager, only to find out It was the same person who was belittling the counter worker. I could care less about having to wait a little extra for the pizza, but his behavior was unacceptable, rude, and to find out he was a manager on top of that, makes me never want to go to a hungry Howie's again if that is how they choose their management.

I ordered a gluten free pizza and they sent me a regular pizza. When I called to complain the manager told me to “F” off and hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. I will never order again from Hungry Howies. I have a severe allergy to gluten and he told me it wasn’t his problem!! I had to call the corporate office!
