My first visit I learned if you don't want a messy sandwich, don't order a butterbun burger. My second visit I learned go somewhere that is specific about your sandwich on the menu. The 2 sandwiches we ordered were doubles. McDonalds has more meat on their single than we got on either of our doubles. Secondly, if you're going to use rye bread for ANY sandwich, please address that on your menu ! Not everyone likes rye. My husband ate 2 sandwiches while I had the fries. I won't be back.

I ordered a butter burger and it was full of beef. I really wanted a half pound of butter on bread so I went to Walmart and made my own sandwich in their parkinglot.

Absolutely AMAZING service and customer care! My partner and I drove from Tri-state area to MI last week and stopped at Culver’s for a delicious meal, but we accidentally left our scarf, which was a very nice cashmere piece, at the place. We called the restaurant and the manager was so kindly helping sending the scarf back to our place in home state! Best customer service and amazing experience with Culver’s! And of course delicious food as always!

Tristan was singlehandedly one of the sweetest service workers I’ve ever had the privilege of interacting with. Employee of the day, month, and year. He was so lovely, making a sad day near Christmas so much better with his kindness. Give this kid a raise!
