The last 3 orders at Culvers drive thru, each time other cars behind me have received their food and I had to go in and request my order. The last order on 2/7/24 waited 25 minutes Twice the manager stated the charges for food would be reversed on my card due to the long wait but it never happens. Very poor service from Culvers employees and manager.
Love it, maybe the best "fast food" burger In the area. I really enjoy the fish dinner and you can never go wrong with the ice cream. Service is always great and am a returning customer after all these years. Fish dinner is another great option. I just love culvers. Staff is great and always a spot to park.

Missed the topings on a burger meal and bottled water on another. Was also shorted $1 on my change back at the drive-thru window. Fast service, but at the cost of quality. Burger was burnt, and I like crispy smash burgers. This was much more. Maybe just an off day for the restaurant? I probably won't return.
