I’m just curious how a FAST FOOD place only is doing online orders. The whole reason it’s supposed to be fast food is to quickly grab and go. That’s just weird to me. Especially since you guys only have limited locations like one every 20 minutes, so people go out of their way to eat you guys but you’re only doing online orders. Seems foolish.

I wanted something cheap and quick because I was busy and hadn't had Rally's in a while. It was cheap at $7, and I had a small fry, and because they were two for 4.50, a chicken spicey chicken sandwich, and hamburger. I also ordered an ice tea, which was horrible. The sandwiches hit the spot, I would not rave how good they were, but they filled me up. The frys were good and hot and forgot how much I liked them. It made me wish i ordered a large and not a small one. The person at the window was nice and pleasant and offered me upgrades and sides. For $7ish dollars, the meal was a good value. The next time, I will order the chicken sandwich and a large fry and get my Tea elsewhere or have a bottle of water.

Never going back to this location had an issue ordering threw the drive threw got to the window got my food looked at the receipt over charged me becouse she typed in the wrong thing and then was told they couldn't do anything about there mess up and was handed back the messed up food on top of food being wrong it also tasted like a dollar tree microwave sandwich

Order online - they won't hand to me through the drive thru, come to the lobby - locked, walk up to the other window outside. Oh you can't go there because theres a car there. How the hell am I supposed to pick up my order? Place needs to get their act together or not take online orders if they're too stupid to figure it out.Place is a f*cking joke, there's zero reason to order in the app because they don't even attempt to make the food til you're there and asking for it. Manager has an attitude problem and could give zero care.

They're inside which is very small is not open all the times that they are. I walked up there to get something to eat, The middle of the day and their door was locked.
