Jet's Clawson has been a go to place for me for the past 6-8 years. Having moved out of Clawson to Royal Oak I still order there over the Berkley location and that's closer to me. Not sure if something has changed from an ownership side but the food and service has changed dramatically in the past 8 months. Pizza is meh.. Thrown together sloppily like a child cleans their room.. this never used to be. Ordered one large cheese pizza (round) for kids and it was burnt. If anyone has kids that's $16-$18 I'll never get back. They wouldn't touch it.. "I don't like it it's too dark" Also ordered hot wings. This is what really annoyed me while picking up. I asked for ranch to dip the wings in. Any place in the US when wings are ordered you have the option of dipping sauce. Usually ranch or blue cheese.. I was not offered any.. When I asked for sauce for the wings they looked me dead in the eye and asked for $1. I was like huh!?! Wings always come with a dipping sauce. Petty maybe.. Principe yes. When you drop $45 on 1 large pizza, a small square and wings, a ranch dipping sauce shouldn't involve 2 different employees in the store.I will be giving Jets Clawson a nice break and be exploring other options in Royal Oak moving forward. They might be too big for their britches and forgot what standards are and customer service should be.

Really, Jets? Your pizza is way too expensive now. When you took away the $6.99 deal for mix and match like small pizzas and salad, it was over for me. It's pizza, not steak and oysters. Give us a break. We are now loyal customers of Marcos, where they don't take advantage of our wallet.
Worst gluten free pizza. Save your money. Lacks cheese, toppings and the now square pizza which is awful is soggy. Bring back the round gf. Will NOT be back.

Jets pizza is delicious!!! I go there for slices for lunch, they are fast and professional. I cannot say enough good things about the workers there!!!! Simply amazing people, super helpfull and so nice and friendly. I never waited more than 2 minutes. Top notch, I would highly recomend to everyone!!!!
