Our chef Casey was so nice and cool. Made our food excellent. The service all around was good consider we were in late before closing. I normally go to the location in Shelby township but this location might be our new one! We’re going to also request for Casey every time.

Would not recommend. I order my steak medium to medium-well and EVERY time I come here it's served well done. The last time I came here the fried rice (which there's an upcharge for) was disgusting and may have had a hint of dish soap or something in it. The "salad" was old iceberg lettuce and the ginger dressing was a strange dark color (I didn't eat this) it looked really bad. Very disappointed with the quality of the food here.. it isn't worth the price. The service is poor also, they will RUSH you even though the non hibachi side is never busy. I'll never be back here, cannot recommend any dishes bc they wont be up to par, save your money.

Went for a birthday dinner. Just the two of us so we didn't sit at the Hibachi table. The dining room was nicely decorated and felt cool to be in. They seated us at a small table just off the main walkway. They were not particularly busy but I figured there were some other parties coming later that needed a larger table. There weren't. We ordered Hibachi dinners off the regular menu. The clear soup was a bit ... gritty? Maybe it was contaminated with some miso paste or it was the bottom of the pot. My wife had a couple grisly pieces of steak but otherwise enjoyed her entree. The hibachi came with very scanty vegetables. We wanted to try their version of a taiyaki but we were told they do not keep their desserts in stock anymore since people don't order them. Maybe it was an off night for them but the prices were definitely not justified.

Marlon kept us engaged and entertained us the entire time he was cooking! He made the experience great for my niece's birthday!

My reservation was at 9:00 p.m. we got there at 8:50. They told us we had to wait a couple of seconds while they prepared our table. We ended up waiting 30 minutes to get seated because they said they were short staffed. You were short staffed you shouldn't allow people to make reservations that you cannot accommodate after we got seated. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for a chef to come and cook our food. It was ridiculous. We were the last ones to leave the restaurant. Not to mention our waitress was rude. I had to get up several times to go and ask for something. I had already asked her for at the table. She disappeared at at least four or five times. It got so bad where I asked another waitress to get what I originally asked her to get. Our bill was well over $300 for four hibachi meals and one plate of sushi.
