I come here frequently for the smoothies but decided to order a chicken chipotle club I ate most of the sandwich and noticed a dead fly falling out my sandwich which was very disappointing. Went back showed the manager and was issued a refund.

Order a smoothing through the drive thru it was good. Staff was polite, but it was a bit busy as I watched my drink sit on the counter for a few minutes. I just needed it handed to me. Again, they were busy and looked like they were training a new staff. So overall, it was a good experience.

Today my friend and I both ordered smoothies. I ordered the blueberry bliss and she ordered the Jetty punch. Today the service was okay however our smoothies were deplorable. My smoothie tasted very sour and slightly watery and my friends tasted sour as well. The best way to describe hers was the taste of sour milk. She had a few sips and couldn’t finish it. Disappointed to say the least.

Go here all the time to get smoothies and food. The staff is nice enough but definitely not super quick. I'm not here to review any of that because that tends to be a trend across the chain. Overall it's a good place and I'll keep going there but I do want to state one thing that is beyond idiotic. The corporate policy is to charge 50 cents for a cup of water. This place jacks up their prices up the wazoo already and we know what we're paying for but to charge 50 cents at a giant chain like this is beyond ludicrous and the company should be ashamed of themselves. Keep in mind this is a corporate policy and I will give credit to one of the staff at this location who was kind enough to give me a cup of water no charge with my meal.

This is the closet location to me so I have frequented here multiple times over the past two years. I have had a couple great experiences specifically with Nick. But up until recently I have received some pretty disappointing customer service specially from a younger woman. The first time I checked out with her she just slammed the cash register and stormed away from the counter…. Today I walked in to pick up my take out and she she gives me no greeting just yells at me “ WE ARE SHORT STAFFED “ and turns her back around… what kind of guest experience does that leave ? I would rather drive further to the location on Woodward they have never treatedme like that before -short staffed or not. That was Unnecessary

Left and came back and waited another 10 minutes while they were serving other customers while my order was at the back. Arguing with me that someone took the order and ignored me like I don't exist.

I always come here and order through the app (drive thru). Today, I had time to walk to the counter and order. They greeted and waited on me in a timely manner! The ladies gave me suggestions and great customer service! Great service with a smile should never be overlooked! Thank you again for making my lunch choice easy and quick! The buffalo chicken wrap and sweet potatoes were really good! ?
