Ordered a cake for my girlfriend's birthday online. We ordered it days in advance. Upon getting to the store at our pickup time there was not cake ready for us. The person helping us said "I don't know what to tell ya." To his credit he did give us a cake that was at least somewhat close to what we ordered. Sadly he only did this because I called him out as I had already been charged and they did not have my order. Rude, unprofessional and will not be returning to this location.

So rude . And there hours are wrong on there website it says "9:00" but I went there at "8:47" and they where close. And i asked if they where the guy got a really bad attitude and said " uh... eh ... yea ?" So rude don't recommend at all .

Showed up for a door dash order. They told me it was being made. 10 minutes later, the girl gets off her phone to start making the order. Will avoid this place in the future. I'll walk out if she's still working here.

I’ve been to this store countless of times since new management has taken over and I had nothing short of perfect service and exceptionally prepared ice cream. I live in Southgate now and make the trip solely for the excellent experience every visit. This is how businesses should be ran.
Good experience today. Quick service. I love the cold brew.

Failing business, upcharges all the items despite being the same quality as other Baskin Robbins locations. Don't waste your money, go to dairy queen or a different baskin robbins

Stopped in after the Gratiot Cruise and prior to heading home, an hour west. It was obvious there was a new girl working there. She struggled a bit. The owner must have seen the mess with my cone and came out of his office. He graciously asked to replace it. The waffle cone was broken all the way around the top, the ice cream looked a mess. The second girl behind the register was very nice and accommodating. I will most definitely stop in again if in the area. I highly recommend this family owned business.
