Our hostess Anna and our server Melanie were absolutely amazing! Made us feel valued, welcomed and comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better Mother's day dinner. The staff was great and the wine tasting servers were so knowledgeable and helpful. The whole overall experience was excellent. Praise to the entire staff!!!

Very good server, food arrived in a timely manner. My salmon was a bit overcooked, dry. I appreciate the smaller portion with the healthier choice selections. Side note. Cooper's Hawk does have control over, but some of the young adult females need to put clothes on. A young twenty something had breasts barely covered and the length of her dress? Very distasteful in a nice establishment.

Our waitress Sam was outstanding! This is the second time we've come as a group of 10 and she has been more than accommodating. The manager (Chris Watson) has a very smug look on his face all the time. He doesn't seem happy. Never once asked how things were and didn't seem to help out our waitress.

We had multiple appetizers and I recommended all of them, starting with the spicy calamari. We also had the sausage and peppers flatbread and meatballs those were really good. We changed our minds on our dinner ideas because we were all so full from the appetizers. Everyone enjoyed everything.

We did our tastings before dinner. There were not enough tasting associates. It took over an hour. We had to tell the hostess we were still doing our tasting. It all worked out in the end. Overall, we love Coopers Hawk. We are wine club members and always enjoy ourselves.
Love this place. Seemed like our server was new or inexperienced. Luckily there was another server that saw what was going on and stepped in to help. This was nothing h that would stop me from going back.

They were out of the first 3 appetizers we tried to order. We ordered our entree and 5 min later they informed us they were out of what we ordered for dinner too. Food was just okay. I remember it being much better there a few years ago.

Great atmosphere, service and food! I LOVE the “Over The Border Egg Rolls” and the “Red Wine Braised Short Ribs”!!!!!!!!! Ommmgggg they are sooo delicious! I order the same thing every time and it’s delicious every time! I definitely recommend the two dishes along with others. Great restaurant for dating to family fine dining.
We hosted a bridal shower. Amanda was our waitress. Amanda provided service extraordinaire. She is a real pro. High energy and service with a smile. Chef Max introduced himself and offered special menu items for our guests with dietary restrictions. He was very kind and accommodating. Food had nice presentation and was delicious. Pitchers of peach sangria were tasty with lots of fruit. A real hit with our guests. I highly recommend Coopers Hawk.

My mom & I ate here to celebrate my birthday. It was both ours first time eating at Coopers Hawk. I must say we had an awesome time. The wine was quite delicious and the food is phenomenal. We both had lobster bisque soup and was quite delicious and creamy. My mom had the chicken risotto and I had the beef short rib risotto. The beef was so tender, buttery and melts in your mouth. I definitely recommend the beef short rib risotto. Our sever Austin was very nice and knowledgeable. We would definitely visit again and request Austin.

This place really focuses on wine. I don't drink wine. One of our friends is a server here we requested to be in his section. They were unable to meet that request. There was a couple things that weren't available on the menu. Other than that it was pretty awesome.
