I came for the Root Beer, which is wonderful; not too carbonated, great taste, perhaps a slight wintergreen.Highly recommend the Kuhnhenn Burger and Quack Fries

They don't always have all their beers. Food is good. You need to try the stadium pretzel!

The sign said "Please wait to be seated". I did. 5 minutes later I sat myself. The music is weird! Disco, obscure 80s & 90s pop for 4-5 songs then a post-2000 rock tune, repeat. It's volume is low enough but the place is nearly empty at 5 pm on a Tuesday so it's noticeable. The sign advertised Taco Tuesday but there is no special, just dragging you in. Ordered nachos. For restaurant nachos, the were decent, but got cold quickly and didn't have much meat on them.I'll be going back - for the beer - but will think twice on the food.

Never heard of this location and it seems to be a nice little secret, but the food was amazing and the drinks were great as well. They only seem to have one cook and one or two waitstaff so the wait might be a little bit on the longer side, but it is worth it.

I love this place and come here often but something seems to go wrong on their stouts lately.I hope the owner can take notice and bring back Creme brulee stout and export stout back to it's glory.Had 3 occasions where the stouts had gone sour.I still go there for Thylacine NE IPA and cocoa puff stout.

Went for Octoberfest, and it was a pretty good experience. First and foremost, I'm not a beer drinker, I have never found a beer I liked. Gose the Gozerian has changed that, it's the best beer I've ever had!For Octoberfest, they had bratwurst and potato salad. The latter was great, but the bratwurst was mediocre and was in need of more grill time.Service was slow, but they were also very busy, and there appeared to only be two waitresses for all of the guests, so it was largely understandable.Overall I do recommend the place if you're looking for that dine in brewery experience.

Was there for octoberfest. Strange that was one of the worst meals ever. Sausage was cold. Sauerkraut was straight out of the can and not cooked. German potato salad not the real deal. We ordered 2 bratwurst and 1 knock wurst. We were told no knock wurst and we were there at 12:30. Not all of us are there to drink. Was looking forward to enjoy a REAL Octoberfest meal. I am all German and know authentic German food and this wasn’t it!! Very disappointing.

As my wife and I entered, I held the door for what seemed to be people leaving. I said "please, come on out". The woman closest to me "no, come on in. We actually can't leave now because you guys are coming in." I didn't really understand until we got through the doors and realized all three of the women attempting to come outside were all of the FOH employees there. Once we entered, one of the girls grabbed two menus and said go ahead and pick wherever you want to sit and I'll bring you these menus. We sat and she brought us menus, and greeted us and said something about needing to "go outside for a few minutes" - which was what all of them implied they were going to do, but couldn't, because my wife and I walked in. We didn't get a drink order in at all, and she walked out the front door to "go get some air" with the other two employees. We waited 7 minutes for her to come in and just get our drink order, then waited another 10 for our drinks to arrive. How in the world could this take that much time? When the drinks arrived, I asked to cash out. I left a tip of course. But Nearly 20 minutes for a cocktail after the staff dismissed themselves is obnoxious. There were FOUR other patrons. With THREE FOH employees. And 20 minutes passed. I mentioned the word cocktail, tho both orders were nothing but a pour out of a spout. The PG was effing delicious.

A really great Brewery in the Detroit area.Came for an event and had a wonderful time. They have TONS of great beers, ciders, meads, and wines. They do cocktails too. They have a good food selection as well. The staff were very helpful with the HUGE menu, fast, and friendly. The space is enormous so you can host some large events here and I would recommend it.Huge recommendation.
