This is the only Starbucks I go to where they always make the drinks correctly and they always engage in a full conversation with me while they make my coffee. I had an extra good time today where the batista said she'd remake my drink if I didn't find it sweet enough after I asked how sweet the drink was. She was very personable and I can tell this location trains their employees well!

Best location! Everyone who works here is so friendly and while there isn't usually a line, they are fast when it's busy. I was picking up a mobile order when I realized I ordered from a different location and they were so nice to make me a drink and not charge me for it. Totally amazing customer service!

My absolute favorite location in and around the Metro Detroit area, HANDS DOWN. Not only are they quick and friendly, they make my overly modified drink perfect every single time which is really important to someone who is vegan, like myself. I have to shout out my girl Lana who is the highlight of my day whenever i go and she is working. If you’re her employer and you’re reading this, please know how lucky you are to have such a hardworking and kind human representing your place of business! Same goes for the younger guy with dark curlyish hair. I have had so many pleasant conversations with him and feel horrible about not knowing his name. They both deserve recognition …and a raise i was informed today that they both will be moving to different locations at the start of the new year (2024) and i will most definitely be going out of my way to order my coffee from the locations they move to, while also still visiting the other amazing staff that remains at this location?

I went to get Starbucks this morning and they were giving out free short hot chocolates. Chris was working at the drive-thru window and had the best customer service and he deserves a raise! They were busy as heck, he was super quick with every order, and was friendly and smiling the whole time. Will go back to this location next weekend for my Sunday morning coffee. The holiday season is busy at it is, but this staff really has it together. People need to focus on how hard customer/food service can get and point out the good experiences like I had today.
