I get a good experience almost every time I go here. I get the same thing every time and it is perfect everytime. I absolutely love their breakfast bagels. Great customer service too.
I know the manager of both coldwater locations personally, he does pretty good keeping staffed and people trained in, occasionally mishaps with the new people, but that is to be expected. Only down side is the location across town doesn't have their indoor area open anymore, we really miss going in to sit down.

Their mocktails are delicious, but you have to be careful they are made with regular Red Bull. The employees are all super sweet. I went there every morning and no matter who was working the service was the same.
