“Mike and his wife are great people serving the best breakfast and lunch I had while in coloma at very reasonable prices. Down to earth people serving good food and conversation. They don’t have seating but that’s just fine. I took my food to the river pull out and ate while watching the water go by.”

I'm a regular visitor for karaoke on fridays and Saturdays at 9:30pm.Parking: They have a parking area on the front and side of the buildingKid-friendliness: Up til a certain time they are very family oriented. After 10 or 12 it can get a bit loud in a more adult way. ?Wheelchair accessibility: They have stairs in front and a tall wheelchair ramp on the side that goes through the kitchen. If you have a heavy chair it's not easy to get up and down. It IS accessible with help to anyone with a chair though.”

“I moved from Colorado to Michigan last year and the last thing I expected was to find decent Mexican food in rural Michigan. I was pleasantly shocked when I discovered this restaurant. Food was fantastic and service wonderful. Best Mexican food I’ve had in years!”

“Incredible place, an old building full of history. New owners the previous owners had the history on the menu. The ceiling was curved with a design. It is different and small however we went there during what would be a rush hour and there was plenty of room. For a small up charge any fry can be turned into cheesy fries. A little pricy but the food was great. We like to get off the beaten path and find non chain restaurants we can bring our 15 year old with us. For the 3 of us, no drinks was just under $50.I would go back in a minute. It was great food and the staff was friendly.Parking: Along the tracks”

“This is a classic frozen treats spot just off the main street. It seems like they mostly specialize in vanilla soft serve with mix ins and toppings. I got their version of a flurry with waffle cone bits and chocolate chips and it was delightful. My friend got one w Reese's that she felt like was light on mixins hence my 4 stars. But the staff were lovely. It's an order at the counter only situation with picnic tables outside and a parking lot.”

“stumbled upon Contessa Wine Cellars on a lovely Sunday winter day touring Michigan after staying in South Haven. A nice couple was walking out as my wife and I arrived and when we walked in we enjoyed a private hosting from Tony the owner himself! the BEST wine tasting experience we have ever had and we couldn't have appreciate Tony's knowledge, enthusiasm and attention to our family and fun any more!! He's incredible and so is the ambience, Marilyn Monroe collection and overall essence of the entire location!! Family owned and carried on and we plan on coming back on our next weekend adventure!! the best wine in Michigan and most certainly one of the coolest owners on earth! We took home 3 bottles for the memory!! Like Dino said "Memories are made of these!" Cheers!!”

“We were visiting family who live in South Haven who had long wanted to try DiMaggio's. We were a family of 10 and visited at 2.30pm. We couldn't all be seated at 1 table which was maybe expected, although they did have half of the place closed off. Reason for the 4* is not the above, more the feeling that we were an inconvenience. Initially the service was curt and un smiling, two of our party wanted to leave. However the drinks came out quickly and food was ordered promptly. The friendly service we have come to expect on our visits was evident on delivery of our food and during the rest of the visit. We would visit again.”

“Very busy that day. McDonald's restaurants are generally not a bad choice for a quick meal. This one was very busy though, and the staff tried really hard to get people served, but fell behind. We both successfully got out of our vehicle and used the bathroom while in drivethru, which shouldn't be possible, but service was a little slow that day. ( Also a long weekend I think, to be fair...)Kid-friendliness: Not a perfect person, but if you've got a difficult kid on your hands, a Happy meal *might* get you a few minutes of quiet...just saying.”

“I normally don’t write reviews, but felt compelled to after this experience. We did the build your own option and added pepperoni. This was the absolute best pepperoni ‘za I’ve had in every aspect. The pepperoni was perfectly crisped, and the crust was so buttery & crispy. Perfect amount of sauce, little bursts of basil under the cheese. And I normally don’t even eat the full slice when I have pizza, but with this pizza, it was THAT good that I had the whole slices from crust to tip. The crust is seriously the “cherry on top”. You know you have a good pizza when you want to eat the whole stinkin’ thing and are saying “mmmm” the whole time! It’s the type of pizza you rave about. Absolutely amazing. 10/10.”

“I just had one of the best burgers I have ever eaten!They were slammed from the time we got there until the time we left but the staff really worked well with each other & you could tell everyone had everyone else s backThat is so nice to see. Things run much more smoothly that way. So the atmosphere was loud but everyone seemed to be having great time. There was a pub crawl going on.The food: I had the cheese burger & it was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. My husband had the olive burger & fries. Both were delicious.Our waitress was Racheal. She was very friendly and attentive. We sat at the bar & were watching the cook. He was slammed but he really knows what he is doing. He was knocking it out of the park! We were extremely impressed.We highly recommend this place. I'm certain that we will be back when we travel through this area again.”

“WOW!! We visited this town and wanted somewhere to go to eat. We all were looking on our phones and almost just gave up and went to Kalamazoo. My wife said, Let's try this place and WOW!! It was fantastic... the atmosphere was great, the waitress took care of here tables like she knew everyone for years, and the food.. It was wonderful! We all had something different and all had a great experience with our food. We live over a half hour away and wouldn't hesitate to go back here first before going closer to home!Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of different foods on the menu that kids would love.Wheelchair accessibility: Barrier free entrance and plenty of room in the bathrooms for a wheelchair.”
