I ordered bone in wings I have 2 people that were there when I ordered themWhen I went to pick up my order I noticed there was only one box I ordered two wingsShe said I ordered bone less never in my life have I ordered boneless wing . It's compressed chicken meat . They are disgusting. She again said I ordered boneless and said she repeated the ordered to me I told her I would never ordered themShe went to talk to the manager. Came back and said if I wanted to wait 10 to 15 minutes they could get it for Me nice of her but then all my other food would get cold and old . I got home and ask the other to people what I ordered they said bone in wings .so that girl that answered the phone needs to be retrained

The pizza was ready for pick up on time. It tasted delicious. They had a lot of staff working when I went to pick it up. Like 10 people at least. It was a Friday night, 7:30 pm-ish. I appreciate an owner adequately staffing his store on what I assume is one of their busiest nights of the week.

Wanted to order pizza for the big game Sunday so I called jets I live about 5 minutes away fromThere so I made the call and the gentleman on the phone began talking to me about what a horrible day he’s having so I say ok well I would like a deep dish pizza please n he tells me it’ll be a little over a hour cause it’s busy which I totally understood after making my order and hanging up 2 hours and 40 minutes go by and I still have no pizza so I decide to call and make sure everything’s alright the women who answered the call which took me two attempts to try n get someone to answer finally answers and says “oh your food still hasn’t been made yet it’s really busy” I say well will it be here soon the games basically over at this point and her response was “well would you like me to just cancel it for you?” Absolutely unacceptable response so I tell her ok just cancell so now I’m sitting home with no pizza after waiting over 2 hours. Will never ever take my business to this location ever again. When big games come on and detroits playing jets should know how to staff accordingly to handle business when it’s busy. I wish could’ve giving 0 stars.
