Too often there ore mistakes being made in the order dish as burnt hamburgers and more recently, a larger order had 10 piece nuggets on the order (was on receipt). In the bag when I arrived at my destination, there was sauce but no nuggets. This was you second chance and not coming back

clean, friendly, polite & helpful, and quick. Only issue is the eating behind the counter and general touching of the nose and mouth area... no good in food service. This seems more a training and awareness issue than anything else.
