Since we weren’t allowed to pick the trial flavors for our wedding cake, we were given 12 random flavors (10 of which my fiancé and I would’ve NEVER wanted to try- although we tasted them all). It was a huge disappointment and so many distasteful flavors left us just laughing at the idea of a bakery not letting you choose your own flavors to trial. Wouldn’t recommend.

Cake was dry and tasted nothing like the sample cupcakes that we also had to pay for because we weren't told that they give you only 6 random flavors so to try the ones we wanted had to make another trip and pay 30. Then after we already pay our deposit they add on 125 service fee for delivery and setup which doesn't include a box for the cake or serving the cake like we were told. Very overpriced and wish we would've got our wedding cam ANYWHERE ELSE

My 500 cake was dry and I didn't get a to go box she insisted I had to make the middle layer styrofoam otherwise she couldn't make the size/shape I wanted which was ridiculous it was a basic 3 tier cake for 60 people. Overpriced and dry looked okay but Walmart could've made the same cake in my opinion nothing special at all or worth all the hassle.

We ordered our dream wedding cake from dreamscape desserts, and they did an AWESOME job!!! We had the most beautiful cake and cupcakes, and it was all within budget!! We were quoted over $1,000 for the same wedding cake from another baker, and dreamscape desserts were able to provide us with seriously delicious cake for several hundred dollars cheaper. We also had better customer service than with the other baker we were initially thinking of going with - very grateful we went with dreamscape.They were very helpful in picking out cupcake flavors and choosing design colors to match our event. They did beautiful work and it tasted delicious! 10/10

We weren't told that the tasting is 6 random flavors soo had to make a whole other trip to pay another 20 for the ones we wanted. Left out a lot of information and didn't work with us at all then on top of all that our wedding cake was DRY and we didn't receive a to go box like we were told would not recommend the cakes look nice but thats about it!

Honestly wish I would’ve went somewhere else my cake looked okay but was not worth the price and hassle in my opinion! Very dry and they charged me a 125 setup fee which I was told by an employee included serving and a to go box and I got neither they dropped off the cake and left without saying anything to anyone so without my box I couldn’t even have leftovers to take home so disappointed!!

DreamScape Desserts is AMAZING!! We used DreamScape for the dessert at our wedding on 9/23/23 at The Kindel Room and everything was wonderful. Jenna from DreamScape specifically was simply stellar. I emailed her with SO many questions and thoughts, and she always responded very quickly and with thorough answers. And she was always so kind, patient, and understanding with all of my questions which was so greatly appreciated :) We ordered 3 flavors of cupcakes (Lemon Blueberry, Double Chocolate Chip, and Strawberries & Champagne) and a 2-tier cake to cut.....and it all turned out FABULOUS and delicious! I had a lot of thoughts and questions on what I wanted the cake to cut to look like (and to make sure our 2 little dog figurines could be included), and I was so pleased with the end result. LOVED that the dogs had their noses stuck into the icing! Delivery and set up went smoothly as well. We had an amazing experience with DreamScape! We had mini cupcakes for our guests and they were all delicious! They also made my husband and I a personal cake to cut which turned out perfect. They have such great gluten free options as well, we chose half GF and half non GF. I would definitely recommend DreamScape to anyone!

Being gluten free, finding a bakery that can accommodate that can be challenging but Dreamscape had no limitations for us as options! When completing our tasting, they provided us with so many options that gave us a variety to figure out what we really wanted for flavors. Jenna was always quick with her replies and helpful when I had questions! I had a special request for the cake and WOW it was beautiful. Thank you so much for your hard work and I will be back ?
