Attempted to take the family out to eat. This time the restaurant was actually open, it normally isn't even with the open 24/7 sign. We had 6 people they told our options were a 4 top booth or a 4 top table. Neither or which we could comfortably sit 6. We didn't even get past the seating.

Young "New" waitress, Young Cook. It's not a great combination. Waitress didn't know what an omelet was. She took my order and came back a few moments later and asked how I wanted my eggs? The Cook overcooked the omelet, not once but twice. Must be a butter shortage because no butter at all on the toast. I Hop is going downhill. Got sick after only two small bites. ?

Food was good service was great. Only two cons, it was kinda chilli in the section we were in and the butter was straight out the cooler and was super hard to spread on the pancakes and waffle.

We're seated quickly. Sat for 20-25 minutes with no acknowledgement . I understand things get busy or staffing is short. Being in retail I get it. However to see tables being served around us who came in after our table get drinks and orders taken leaves feeling not wanted.

There was no heat in the facility so leave your coat on or leave. No compensation of a warm beverage which might have helped...but when eggs ordered medium came barely congealed and French fries were frozen...probably won't be back.It's 2:00 pm and floors being washed smelled so strong of the detergent being used, it overwhelmed you. And that same mop was used in the restrooms which is speading bacteria throughout the restaurant. Color coded mops and brooms should be used!

Today is Tuesday March 19th we got here around 4:50. there was just two guys, a taller dark man that was extremely polite. He was our surver, I saw a cook in the back I didn't see anyone else except one waitress before we left at 5:57. the food was excellent way better than expected.(obviously I mean no offense it's a large breakfast chain restaurant) as we were leaving I saw the tall gentleman help a family to their seat he grabbed a booster and a high chair too for the two little girls (a baby and toddler) without prompt. he seemed infinitely patient, He ran like four cards for us. As someone who has worked food service I appreciate these guys and their work. It wasn't incredibly busy but either way I believe they both deserve praise.
