Very frustrated as I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and fried rice and I only received fried rice. Somehow the order got changed after I placed it because I would not have ordered just fried rice. This is ridiculous and not worth the money. And on top of that they forgot the teriyaki sauce. Inedible without the chicken

Stopped in here for a online order pickup the other day and was very surprised at how clean it was and the friendliness of the staff. I will definitely return here again.These types of "buffet type" of restaraunts (Qdoba, subway, Chipotle, etc) have become dirtier and dirtier the past few years. Almost seems the standards have lowered. But NOT this Panda Express... It was great to see such a cleab place with friendly staff!!
Seems to be a few bad reviews for this place but i’ve been a few times now and every time is great! Food and employees are awesome, they give good recommendations and the food is always fresh and hot! We are always greeted when we enter as well. Ethan rang us up and was very polite!

If you go through the drive thru, check your food before you leave! This is my 2nd experience not getting everything that I ordered from this location. Got 3 plates and one of the plates I ordered teriyaki chicken and Beijing beef with fried rice as the side. Got home and only had Beijing beef with fried rice. So

I didn’t catch his name, but he looked like a manager. He complimented my tamagotchi while I was waiting to pick up an order and I misheard him and gave him an awkward thumbs up and he walked away before my brain caught up with me ? thank you for complimenting my tamagotchi! It’s Grogu from the mandalorian. I got it from Barnes and noble. Anyways the staff is super friendly and service is quick. You can tell they work as a team and the food is always great.

Worst Panda Express ever. Just go 2 the Grandville or Holland location. I wonder if the real Panda express family knows how bad your food is made. Customer service is terrible and very loud talking as if you are a adult toddler. Do better.

My teenage son & I had a dinner date at the Comstock Park location off of Alpine Ave & had exceptional customer service from two young men, I only got the name of one of them, Jorge & a tall, slender guy with dreads. Those young men are super fantastic at their jobs, not only did they take our orders, put together our plates but also came around to us & other people who ate in the dinning area asking if our food was good & if we needed anything. Not only were they excellent at their job duties but did it all with smiles & very friendly attitudes. The food was delicious as always but it's the amazing service that will bring us back & sets this restaurant above others. Thanks to the whole team at Comstock Park, MI Panda Express Team!!
