I go to biggby alllllll the time usually Grand Haven or spring lake and this location I immediately felt like a bother the moment I walked in the door. The girl was rude. My drink didn't taste like anything but weak flavored milk when I ordered an iced teddy bear with an extra shot. Pretty depressing experience.
I seriously love this Biggby location. The drinks are always perfect, but the staff is what makes it the best. They're always incredibly friendly & I love that they remind me to use my card to get points.Thanks for being great!

I would like to first make known that we live within very few miles of a couple Biggby Coffee Shops....We choose to drive to Coopersville for a latte (any coffee drink) they are always consistant, always taste like it should, (not watered down) flavored to perfection. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, when we have a question. We will always be willing and happy for the ride.
