I have been to Jack's 3x now and I'm finally ready to leave a review! Atmosphere: 4/5 Great decor, happy staff, and overall a vibe. Very family friendly. Service: 2/5. Came the first time during lunch service and my experience was awesome! Food came out with a ticket time of less than 20 minutes! However, when I came in the 2nd and 3rd time with my family that was a different story. Our food took forever to come out, not to mention we received the wrong dish for one of our family members on each occasion. Staff handled it well, but overall the service was inconsistent. Food and Bev: 3/5. Food is as expected. Solid BBQ but nothing to ride home about. Sides left more to be desired. Good selection of local beer which I LOVED. Overall I feel that consolidating the menu a bit would help Jacks kitchen flow along with increasing the quality of some items that appear to not be made in house. I will be back and am looking forward to seeing jacks grow more and more! Gotta stop in and try the breakfast...

If you're looking for the best BBQ spot in town you've found it. Food is always top of the line as well as the customer service. Please understand the bbq process before being upset if they run out of food. Call ahead it's definitely worth it.

Go there every Friday for lunch. But sadly not any more . I order a ham sandwich and a buddy order chicken sandwich. We watch 7 other people get food and some of them came 20 mins afters us .. we always tip high but for the love of God it's a ham sandwich So we walked out on restaurant that doesn't need regular customers. Going back to whiskey river Sorry Jack but my lunch is an hour long And you get all that time to make a fu#@ing ham sandwich !

They ran out of food. Everything I wanted to try they were out of. How do you have a BBQ place and run out food. Once I could understand but decided to try again and the same thing happened. Smelled good but wouldn't waste my time or energy going a third time.

The food here is amazing! Some of the best smoked meats north of the Mason-Dixon Line. The meats are smoked to perfection and they are moist and tender. The smokiness of their meat is perfect...not overwhelming. All of their BBQ sauces are delicious. I have tried all of them and they are as perfect as the smoked meat is. Love this place!

Food was pretty good. We tried ribs, potatoes, bbq sandwich, sweet potato fries. Service was good. Oh, had the blueberry cheesecake, it was good but a bit frozen.

People seem to be super friendly. However we tried this place a year ago around 6 on a Friday night and they were outta everything but chicken. We were not told this until we sat down to eat, and had already waited for a waitress. We figured it was because it was a new restaurant at the time. A year later we tried it again on Friday night around 7 PM. We waited about a half an hour for a table,.As they are getting ready to seat us they told us they were out of brisket and ribs, we then walked out the door. Not sure how late they are open but I assume 10? How do you not have your most desirable items 3 hrs before closing.

We stopped here randomly for dinner one night. The food was delicious and service was greatn We were a little sad about their draft beer selection, and maybe they were out of a few at the time, I'm unsure- we didn't inquire. I was pregnant and my husband decided to get a mule instead, so they did have a full bar as well. So besides their small beer selection I'd recommend this place!
