Are you even from Michigan if you've never had Big Johns? It is hands down the best place to get a cheese steak sandwhich in this state. Between the massive 18 inch sub buns and the perfectly seasoned meat? How could you be anything but happy. Mouth waters any time I enter the store. Service is always good here, I'm sure it varies by location. Ambiance is kind of like any other fast food/sandwhich shop. Think of it as like a way better version on Quiznos. Absolutely make the stop here.

My grandpa loves their sandwiches. Mine was pretty good I got a Turkey sandwich can't remember the exact name though. I do wish there was more variety of toppings. Definitely will try again soon!
They are always friendly and are prompt and accurate with their service! Steak and onion, chicken phillies or super Italian is where it's at! The only thing I would change is to have them serve breakfast like at the Corunna road location ?

Very tired employee's trying to clean up the restaurant before 9 pm when In fact they close at 10. They were even rude when asked why I had to pay for extra sauce when they didn't want to set a sauce on the table because she said she just cleaned the jug up for tomorrow. Very rude employee's in Davison. They were out of mushrooms and didn't know why Hopefully they are able to put the sauce back on the table because that's one of the best sauces for a sandwich.Vegetarian options: Very friendly staff and not trying to get ever dime out of your pocket for anything extra like some places
