Building was open, saw the workers inside, did not get help. We could see the workers hiding from us as we went around the building to see if there were any signs stating they may be close. Terrible customer service. Will not be giving this specific location my business again and these people want $20/hr ?

There is this older lady there that was rude and a attitude. That is not a way to have customer service. I pulled to order my food forgot what I wanted. Lady at the window said go back out of line and order when there was a line already. She should be fired for not having good customer service.

Slow drive through where they make you pull to the second window yet continue serving food out the first window making you feel low priority. Can never remember the condiments that I paid for (they never forget to take my money tho) and are incredibly dismissive. Food is mediocre at their peak quality.

this place is so nasty. the chicken i ordered was almost black on the outside, my cheese sticks were ice cold, i never got my drink, & i never got my sauce. i’ve gone to this place in person before too and they are always bummy and sloppy. -0/100 if i could. i don’t recommend this place.

Ordered a triple big buford with cheese . Made sloppy . Little strings of lettuce , a small piece of a tomato , meat hanging off the bun . How hard is it to make a sandwich . They need to focus on making quality presentable food instead of trying to be fast . I can get a better quality burger at a coney island .
