It was just ok. I probably wont go back. I did like the pico. I had the barbacoa, it thought it lacked flavor. The guacamole was kinda flavorless. I ate half and the rest sat in my refrigerator til i tossed it. The young lady that made my burrito and cashier were very nice and friendly. The restaurant itself could have used mopping, wiping of tables and cleaning of the drink area.

I would rather individually pull my eye lashes out then go back. Slow and terrible service. Always 20+ min behind when the food should be ready. Ignore customers when they come in the building. I won't go back to this location.

This is by far the worse chipotle you can go to. The staff are unprofessional and do not care about anything other than the time to clock out. Ordered food tonight after experiencing issues previously, but it's the local chipotle and didn't want to drive 30 minutes to the other one. How can a salad that I order come without lettuce? No one attempted to contact me before pickup/delivery for substitutes or alternative option which might be available. Also how can a chipotle run out of all lettuce, sour cream, salad dressing, salsa, etc. Come on. Let's not forget to mention the quesadilla. Which was pretty much just the smallest amount of cheese and a lot of tortilla. Bonus was it not coming with all my sides or even just extra rice at that point. Seriously if you were to order the food and not be pleased by it why would you serve it??? Will not go back. Serious training to staff needs to happen and also general hygiene and restocking of floor items (utensil, napkins, water etc.).

Was really good when it first opened but after a while it sucks!!!! Online orders are so bad they never give you what they ask for and give you random peoples food. Ordered a few weeks ago and they completely forgot the steak which is one of the only things you really pay for. This is by far the worst location I have EVER been to. Also is so dirty inside and is almost never clean. And customer service sucks. They give you like no food for what i am paying for. This is the dirtiest and worst ran location ever. Don't bother going here!!

Worst Chipotle Location ever. Please Do Not Order Through Doordash. They will not give you anything you pay for. Also do not visit the location, it's dirty, the employees are young, uninterested in being professional and the cooks are uninterested in cooking the food appropriately (seasoning) & keeping the food stocked. It's dirty, everyone looks unwelcoming. Hopefully this review saves you some wasted TIME & MONEY. I was done so wrong on both occasions of ordering door dash and 2 occasions of walking in. They need to close down for good, so sorry to the owner. That location is there for no reason other than to make customers upset. Why even open the doors?

Went here about 4pm on a weds 3/20/2024 There was 1 other customer in store. The first young lady that made my order was very polite and professional. While I was waiting to cash out there were 5 employees standing at cash register talking and strolling through their phones along with the manager didn't even bother to acknowledge me I had to ask for someone to cash me out, then they act as if I was bothering them. Next time I will just walk out with the food. This is the worst example of customer service ever. Leadership should really consider replacing that shift manager and team members. Customers will not to continue return for horrible service

By far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. The prep counter was disgusting. You can tell they hardly clean it. Against my better judgment I still went through with my order. The whole staff is rude as well. I’ve had terrible stomach pains for hours after eating here. I’m pretty sure if they got an inspection from the health department they would fail. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
