I walked in with my two children and three servers walked passed us without acknowledging us. They took forever to take our order after seating us and I am still waiting for the Splenda for my coffee so my daughter went to get it herself from another table, as for the food we’re waiting on I pray that is tastes good however the service is very low class. I only came to support my Son’s “Sonic” fan meal available for a limited time or else I would not return here.

BAD service the last couple times; we ordered breakfast combo with pancakes, hashbrown, eggs, and choice of meat. Pancakes were MISSING altogether, neither order had them (we double checked the order, we were supposed to get 1 pancake each per order). We asked for condiments, and there was ZERO SYRUP for the pancakes [that they also forgot] (usually they provide several large packs), and they gave literally ONE ketchup packet (might as well have been none). Not sure whats going on here, its almost like no one takes any pride in their work ethic, customer service, or overall customer satisfaction. Very disappointing.On a positive note, the gentleman at the register who got my food was quick and polite when grabbing my order. The manager asked me if i had been helped, when i shook my head no, he walked away, I'm not sure if he didn't see my response or...?Update 4.2.24 - corporate contacted us and genuinely seemed concerned and willing to help. We'll try again soon and hope things change.
I love that they bring me my own coffee so I can keep refilling it so it doesn't get cold. They have gluten free options and accommodate me. The pesto omelette is excellent and so are the gluten free pancakes. Wifi is not really working so great but I will be checking back.
