I text to order pizza to get a discount and then all the sudden I looked at my phone and said pick up ASAP and I'm starving no they couldn't work with you and deliver it themselves as one of them at the store so now my refund isn't going to come back to my card to till tomorrow or the next day till tomorrow or the next day and I need the money backs I need the money back right away so I can order another Pizza that was just wrong that was just wrong when you text to order they should tell you there's no delivery and Ashley I was surprising somebody that was coming over to visit me and guess what no delivery no delivery I am so mad right now I can't see straight

These dudes literally threw a block of cheese on this pizza and called it a day. If you pull a slice a part, ALL THE CHEESE IS COMING OFF WITH IT. Gotta eat the bread and all the heavy sauce they put on it at that point. Over 20.⁰⁰ for this mess.

This is my 3rd time ordering from this location delivery is pleasant. However, my pizza had been burnt every time. Not everyone likes a well done pizza and I would have ordered it like that if I did. After an hour and 20 minutes wait time on a small pizza I don’t have the time to get replacements.

I ordered online a 4 corner with extra pepperoni, onions and light sauce. Pizza was wrong. No onions, no extra pepperoni and extra sauce. I called and talked to the manager and he said he would remake my pizza and have it delivered. Second pizza came, not a 4 corner, not light sauce. What a waste! 2 zas not eaten. Not ordering from Jet's ever again.

Purchased a veggie pizza online Friday evening. I ordered extra sauce. Usually I have to complain when Jets don't pay attention to the order specifics. When I tell you, this pizza was delicious! It tasted fresh, and the veggies were crunchy and they paid attention that I ordered extra pizza sauce...wow, they did it nicely! Thank you!

Ordered on a busy Friday night... Original order took almost an hour and a half... but I expected that with the snow and it being Friday evening... delivery guy was friendly! But when I opened my food... it was the wrong order. Called and they were friendly and had my actual order at my house within 30 minutes. The young man who delivered the food, again, was once again very friendly! Food was great!
