-Atmosphere-Was typical, seemed clean and was pretty empty to be honest.-Service-Could have been better, I had to wait for a receipt and didn’t even receive a bag with my two sandwiches but the line cooks did make them fast and accurately.-Food-The food was good, made fast, and fresh to order3.5/5 would say to stop by if you want a quick lunch.

I couldn't even get my order taken over the phone because the man was so rude and disrespectful. I am highly pissed and disappointed. Whomever answered the phone tonight, needs to be immediately removed. Customer service is not for them.

Yeah this location sucks, no consistency whatsoever. In the past I’ve waited upwards up an hour to wait for a sandwich delivered. Just had basically a vegetable sandwich with amount of meat put on mine today and I’m just no longer going to use this location. Get it together.

Ordered a chicken wrap they poured a entire bottle of dressing on it it's not even edible everything is soggy and soaked there's more dressing on here than anything mixed with mayo on top of that my order was late and they literally put one napkin in here it says plural napkins on the

Waiting an 1hr and 15 minutes for subs is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I would give zero stars if i could. The last couple times they did decent and it was here in a timely manner but the first time and tonight that I ordered absolutely unacceptable. The fist time I wait 2 hours. I won't be using this location again.

Drove all the way there for an early dinner. Arrived at 6:25 and they were closed. There was a guy who walked up to the door tell us through the glass that they weren't open. Google shows this location closes at 9pm.
We had ordered $68 worth of food and plus we tipped on top of that.. We waited over an hour which is fine, but then they had forgotten the simplest things, our spicy ranch, they gave us 2 of the wrong chips, none of the mayo packets we asked for, didn’t put the bacon on a BLT SUB! Also forgot to put the avocado on the beach club, it’s ridiculous especially when we paid for some of these extras, and just look at the tuna sub it’s absolutely disgusting, the bread is completely soggy. When we called back about such things they had forgotten, Noah Laperdy screamed on the phone in attitude “OH MY GOD”, what great customer service am i right? Only positive was the delivery driver, he was fantastic and understood our issues perfectly.. In the end I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location.

I've never once been this let down by jimmy johns. My veggie sandwich , no avocado cut in half. I figured the stuff slid to the second half so I go to open it and this is what it looks like, are you Fr? 11.29 for the combo and this is what my sandwich looks like? No lettuce and one single slice of cucumber.. literally cheese, tomato and mayo ..

I will never order from this Jimmy John's again. I just spent 2 hours waiting for my delivery. I was called when I placed the order (6:50pm) and was told it would be an hour, and I was fine with that. At roughly 8:10pm. I called for an update, and they were shocked it hadn't been delivered yet. I called again at around 8:25pm to let them know it STILL hadn't been delivered. The final call was at 8:45pm when a woman answered saying she was just at my house around 8:20 but no one answered the door. She said she knocked on the door AND my window. She also said she called my phone. She didn't want to leave my food on the porch, so she left. 1) We have a Blink device. No one was on the porch. 2) We have a tiny house. My living room couch sits LITERALLY next to the front window and door. 3) There aren't any footprints on my porch except mine from 1.5 hours ago, which are now mostly covered with snow. 4) I have ZERO missed calls.I don't appreciate waiting two hours to be blatantly lied to by someone. NO ONE came to my house. NO ONE knocked on the door or window. NO ONE called my phone. I have my front window curtains open with a clear view of the street purposely to see when the food would be here.This woman claimed to be the manager - managers don't make deliveries and leave everyone else at the store. They did void my order, that I now have to wait 3-5 business days for...but I don't have my food. Now I have to figure something out when I'm home with the flu. I ordered food because I can't stand long enough to make something.Needless to say, I'm BEYOND ticked.
