Pizza went to this one never been the one on cherry hill and Merriman don't sell deep dish so I ordered from here (first time) terrible the pizza was smashed with the sides of the box I work at a pizza place I like the courner slices but nothing I got was fully cooked was terrible only thing I liked wss the new pepperoni crazy puffs because it was the ONLY THING FULLY COOKED other toppings on my pizza n I absolutely hate that I would had called back but I just don't trust they won't mess with my food next time I wish I could get my money back only ate the crazy puffs n 4 crazy bread n half a slice of the uncooked pizza very unfortunate

Worst location by far. Out of the near 10 times I’ve been here EVERY single time there’s a 15-25 minute wait for a normal hot and ready. The pizzas here are also thinner and undercooked compared to every other location. Go elsewhere

Ordered Cheese Crazy puffs Saturday night 8:15pm from the Ford Rd, Dearborn Hts location. They were bad; dry, not very cheesy, and no garlic sauce/seasoning on them. I had previously tried the pepperoni crazy puffs from another store, and they were fabulous little tasty, garlicky treats!!I wanted to try the cheese ones tonight, but honestly...if my experience tonight had been my first time trying them, I would not recommend them!When I arrived at the store at 8:30, there was a sign on the door saying they were not taking any new walkin orders, and all online orders needed to be picked up by 9.30. Several cars pulled up while I was there, and then left. Must have been a busy night for them. I used to work in food service/fast food and I understand issues with employees not showing up, being short staffed, and the problems it can cause. This is my first time at this location in over a year, and it was disappointing. Even the pizza I ordered was not not as good as is usual for Little Caesars. The young lady that worked the front cash was polite, and friendly, though. Service was fine, food quality was not up to par.

Horrible. Ordered online at 612 for pick up, estimated time for 639. Finally got my pizza at 720. Absolutely unacceptable. The whole lobby was full. It was a 45 minute wait for people ordering inside, and they were filling orders for 3rd parties instead of clearing the lobby and working on peoples orders who were already there. Manager wasnt helpful at all, and left the only two staff members to fend for themselves. Ridiculous.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would can’t even order food on the phone or walking into the store, also noticed a person a pizza prep station stick his hands into the trash can and push down to make room that right back to making pizzas.

Don’t bother calling them. They don’t answer. Customer service is non-existent at this place. Why a Little Caesar’s pizza joint takes 15+ minutes to answer a phone call is something i’ll never comprehend. I hung up after 15 minutes because that’s a waste of life.
