The gentleman that took my order,and helped my with the app was great. The food was horrible though. I asked for no mayo,and add big Mac sauce to my burger. They didn't put any sauce at all,and the burger was cold. My fries were also cold,and unsalted. I used to come to this location at night,and the food was always good. I would not recommend trying it in the day time. Their food is too expensive now for them to be messing up like this. Definitely lost a customer

Was having a bad day and the App decided to change my pickup from here to the one on Michigan Ave. Not only could I not cancel it through the app, but i called the one on Michigan Ave. and they said they couldn't cancel it. So I ordered from here and the manager and staff were very helpful and kind. They even upgraded my meal for the hassle and I really appreciate it. Small things like that go a long when when someone is having a bad day.
