I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STARBUCKS!! EVERY morning Lauren writes cute little messages on my Venti Latte which makes my day! Its the littest things that mean the most to me and they are always making me smile! My order is memorized by the team and always made to perfection! Thank you Ladies for all that you do and the special little touches you add to make my day special.
I have been an avid Starbucks supporter for over 5 years this is the first time I've experienced awful service my drink was not prepared the way I ask, two items I asked for were simply not done. It took 13 minutes waiting in line 5 of those min and line to receive that I'm properly prepared beverage I for sure won't return to this location ever again. You have one job to do, and they failed miserably
