Tacos were soggy by time i got home only live 7 min away we were missing a burrito and cinnamon twists so not happy, asked for mild and have more hot than mild didn't have enough thank God had some at home so needless to say want happy, if you dislike your job so much that you don't pay attention find another job we pay good money to eat there i expect to get all my food! Came in to pick a door dash up and was rudely disrespected by an employee caucasian white male with tattoos and piercings he called me dumb for no reason and was very disrespectful and loud to me for no reason I was just there to pick up a order I did report to door dash the incident but if this is how you treat anybody that walks inside of the restaurant not knowing if I was placing a order or picking up I will never step foot back into this establishment at this location ever again I will tell all of my relatives and friends DO NOT come to this location he has poor and violent communication with customers in my experience February 24, 2024 he should not be working drive thru or front counter if he is manager he should be disciplined about customer service and arguing with customers

Food awesome one day and hideous serving the next and for the price could go to steak house. Help always pleasant, my guess would be owners on butts about size of stuff.
Not sure why the sign says open at 9am, ordered pickup and sat at the drive thru speaker for a bit before calling and asking if they’re open. That said they’d be open “soon” at 9:30. Why even take orders or have an opening time if it won’t be honored.This particular location has been nothing but problems, I’m not entirely sure why I keep giving this one a chance.
