Looked like a brand new location; very clean; burger was fresh and tastyOnly comment I would make is that on a “to-go” order, they should really put napkins in the bag;A great juicy burger deserves at least that much

The food is always 10/10, but tonight, Ahmad the General Manager went above and beyond. His customer service skills were amazing and he went out of my way to make sure I was satisfied. I made a mistake when ordering, and even though it was my fault, Ahmed dropped everything he was doing to make my order right. Highly recommend !
The quality never changes and you can expect the same taste every time. Over priced in my opinion but what isn’t nowadays. They need to bring back the chicken wrap!!

Tonight was my first time at Tastys. They opened this location not long ago.I got great service. Friendly welcome and prompt. Clean store location at Telegraph and Vanborn. Staff was friendly, and I can't stress this enough. Very welcoming. Presentable clean work area, too. As far as the food ( I had the original burger), it was absolutely terrible.Credit to the cooking staff - they did NOTHING wrong. They cooked it as requested and served it promptly.However, the taste and quality of the food itself left a lot to be desired. Poor seasoning, special sauce mediocre at best, brioche bun was thick excessive bread. I took the bottom bun off to finish the burger. Tomatoes no taste either. Diced onions would have been better as sliced raw whole onion rings, but it wasn't an issue. The food just wasn't good. But the service was great. Despite the poor food quality with the burgers, they may have good food otherwise in their other items. I have no idea. I'd say give them a chance because the service is good. They have an opportunity to improve the food quality at least. Usually it is poor customer service kills off customers. That was not the case at this location for me. Anyway, thanks for the good service and clean restaurant.
