Ordered several grinders online with the intention of picking the items up (to save money on delivery) from the store. Upon arriving at the store we were told they needed to see ID and a credit card to give us our food. When questioned on when this was ever a policy we were told "its on the app". Funny story, we didn't order on any app so we're totally unsure where that "its on the app" statement came from. I have ordered from this store since 2007 and have never once been asked for an ID when picking up my food. Not sure if the employee was having a bad day and just didn't care to give us our food or not but they lost several long term customers today. Definitely need to conduct some remedial training on your employee that was working tonight, her "customer service skills" are nonexistent. Be better

I just tried to order a carry out for iftar it was about $60.. I was paying cash, they said they needed a card number but won’t charge the card???? I told them I’m paying cash they said they won’t make the order without a card number?? I was paying cash?? Why do you need a card number??

The young African American girl who is the supervisor runs the sugar honey ice tea out of this place, wish I knew her name. You can tell her staff respect her so everything run so smoothly when she is there. When she is not it's still ran good but you can tell she's missing. The grinders are awesome and the pizza is good and the prices are very reasonable.

I called Saturday at 4:30. Guy answers "please hold". I headed there, still holding. I parked and go in expecting them to be busy because I'm still on hold. Guy at the registre is running his mouth. Only one guy in the lobby waiting on his food. The place is empty. I walk in no one speaks. Floor is dirty, food all over kitchen. Won't be returning.

In from Buffalo last weekend and stopped for our first grinder. So Delicious, toasty and piled high. Definitely a fan, and the pizza was good too. The young man behind the counter Saturday was incredible, great attitude and service. Thank you!!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Meat Eaters pizza was so over cooked the edges were like old toast. Possibly old whwn i got it. Checked before leaving store and people working refused to make a new one, dispute the fact I never walked out the door with it. Was told it would be a waste of money. Customer service is less than zero.
