Well I don't know what happened to my favorite restaurant but they have been closed all week. No signs that they've been shut down. The phone just has a busy tone when you call it. I hope it's just temporary. I am so sad ?Parking: Never busy

Can't believe this location is not closed. Probably only a matter of time. Facility is aged, menu items availability was hit and miss, service was poor, food was not appealing. Last time I'll visit.

This Boston Market was the absolute worst fast food experience I've ever had. That's saying a lot as I used to weigh 400lbs. My to-go order was to have a chicken meal with 2 sides, 2 cookies, and a sandwich. My cookies were brownies. My sandwich was missing, and the white styrofoam box containing my chicken meal was so sloppily put together that everything was, well, together. The meal itself was barely above room temperature after just a 4 minute car ride. The chicken was mealy and had no skin. The meal was also bagged up and provided with no plasticware or napkins. Given that the items were wrong, missing, and completely inedible, the lack of eating utensils should have served as a warning.

I really enjoy coming here to get my family meals. I ESPECIALLY like the Wednesday BOGO. I gave 5 stars as all the staff were nice and professional, so no bad marks. Keep up the good work we're watching ?

The turkey and chicken was delicious and the portion size could easily feed two people. The only thing disappointing was the cornbread which was very bland

This location has went down hill I ordered online and the items I ordered they didn't have in store the meals come with cornbread and they was sold on top of ordering 2 additional cornbreads on the side they didn't have the bottled spirte which I order 2 20oz bottles and the fountain beverages the only had fruit punch which was watered dowm manager was very unaccommodating to a customer who paid $42 for a meal that was incomplete I need my money backVegetarian options: Vegetables

Horrible services 11/26/2022 Manager name is Almond or Her mind his respons to my question which was how long do I have to wait his response was he don't know he guess another 10 minute or so he trying to get another order that was said after I waited in store for 15 minutes the only person in line and its on tape he never said anything prior. İ the company looks at the tape and it will show how rude he was and not attentive to me as a customer

I used to love Boston market and this used to be a very good quality location unfortunately post covid the quality and service has suffered tremendously. I purchased a family meat loaf and it was barely edible the the roasted chicken was cold To the touch While the sides accompanying it were warm.I was truly disappointed. as this used to be one of my favorite chicken places.. I would suggest perhaps purchasing food right after they open. where you could get the food hot and potentially have a quality mail.

Alyssa goes Above and Beyond is Always willing to offer the Best Service possible to customers…. Highly recommended to try this place … deff coming back to this location… on the other hand now if the employees are Working so Hard here at least Improve the cooking Appliances And upgrade the bathroom facilities in this restaurant to make the appeal better and Please bring back the prime rib
