“Hot Spot Eatery was a delightful restaurant b which stays open till 4 am during Ramadan and is also HALAL. I had the opportunity to visit and try their delectable food which I highly recommend, their food is fresh and well seasoned and the portion size is on point. I had their spicy chicken sub and their mango habanero boneless wings. Their sauces are nonidentical to other sauces, the freshness of the ingredients are immaculate. The atmosphere is astounding and reminds me of industrial Detroit. The customer service was A1, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he’s a very kind hearted man.“

“I just kinda happened by as I was driving around looking for a spot to have lunch. The two guys in there were so friendly and the one said “I make you the best sandwich!”. I had a meat Shawarma and it was really really good. I loved the veggies and the meat was nice and juicy. I asked for garlic sauce on it and it was so good. While I was waiting they offered me a falafel and it was one of the best falafel I’ve had. Definitely gonna order that next time. Oh yes I will be back.“

Falafel are tasty, browned nicely, good sauce, but WAY small for the price- three tiny falafel for 4.50, too small for $1.5 each; especially in Dearborn where falafel are plentiful and double the size for cheaper and equally tasty. I will come back for the burgers, but no sides. Friendly server, beautiful decor, I wonder why there was only one other table of customers for Sunday lunch(?)Vegetarian options: Falafel are pricey and small, better to go to a Mediterranean bakery.“
“Out late and wanted to grab a bite to eat. I ordered the chicken fries and a 6 piece wing w/ lemon pepper. As this is a food truck, there is only a parking lot, so no atmosphere except any present company. After placing the order, one of the employees brought out the food and said thank you for coming there. The wings were smaller than I would've liked, but were cooked perfectly. sprinkled with a generous amount of lemon pepper (which I love). The chicken fries come with grilled onions and green peppers, nacho cheese, jalapeños and topped with hot cheetos. When I say these are the most flavorful fries I've EVER had, I mean it!! Everything was perfect!! I added the leftover lemon pepper and took it up another notch with a citrus kick. Short story long... I'LL BE BACK!! Definitely a banger“
“I enjoyed dining in at the butchers grill. The restaurant is clean and feels inviting. I enjoyed the food however the chicken needs work, it’s always too dry. The grilled combo, rueben egg roll, and mashed potato with mushroom sauce are all great. Will be back.“

“Had the opportunity to stop into The Burger Truck in its brand new Ann Arbor location today for a photoshoot. Owner Mustapha, assistant Hanan and the staff were awesome! Very caring yet business-driven, respectful, energetic and they made the shoot great!The burgers were all traditional Smash Burgers with a variety of ingredients and all gargantuan! They also serve cheese sticks, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, and more. Definitely stop into one of their many Metro Detroit locations for a pretty awesome Burger!“
“I haven't eaten at Carter's hamburgers since November of 2019 when I was hit by drunk driver leaving me partially paralyzed walking to my Explorer. It isn't what I remembered but it was good food. I think it's been there for about seeing as a rolling Stones since I guess the beginning of time. Just kidding. The ladies are fantastic. They get things done as fast as they can. They have a restroom. It's not very handicap accessible. If you're in wheelchair or walker that's on the first floor in the parking small. The corner is busy but either like greasy hamburgers or you don't. If you do. Carter's is a great deal, but the ladies are second to none and the red velvet cake is homemade by Denise and oh man yummy! Okay one complaint of mine is the modern day jukebox. It's such a tiny place and if somebody doesn't agree with the music that you like, they're going to say something. But if they had a jukebox and if I had the money, I'd purchase one. I want an old 45 but your $0.50 in or quarter and watch the record get picked up and put on and play it that way. I don't want to hear digital content this kind of places. What remind you of what you would watch like on Happy Days with the roller skate servers in the parking lot and that kind of place deserves an original 45 pressed on wax rock and rollerParking: It's in a very tough spot on West outer Drive and Southfield service drive. If you get on the left, you're getting on the Southfield right before 94. If you stayed to the right, it takes you to Van Born Road. There's parking just down the block if you find it. Hard to park in the tiny lot but they've been there for a long long long time. So either know the place or you don't. Is it for a tourist? No is it for local people? Hell yes it is“

“One of THE best Dearborn restaurants I've ever been to. I will travel to Dearborn (kind of a far drive for me) for three specific restaurants, this is one of them. The chicken rice bowl and the beef rice bowl are divine. Always cooked to perfection with so much flavor. They put a spicy/savory sauce on the top of the rice and this meal is just sublime. The establishment is pretty clean too, although I always get the food to go. Quick service too. 10/10 recommend this place.“
