Saw this place while we were at Bar Louie’s, we walked over and I got a couple of orders of their Kraze Sandwich. Some spicy and regular, they were all fire!! Coming back asap, guy at the front was a positive vibe, great experience

I found this place by searching "chicken wrap" near work on Google. The food was really good. I ordered a Nashville Chicken Wrap. It wasn't on the store menu but I had seen it online. The flavors and textures were really good. I like that they press the wrap after they make it. My only "complaint" is that a side of fries is huge. I really wish there was a kid size order or something. I wound up giving them to someone else because the wrap is big enough I could only eat a couple. Its not a problem per se but I'd hesitate before ordering fries next time. Also- they closed the street that ran in front of this place and Google maps seems unaware. It's a plaza now. You need to go up to the next street and park in the structure and walk over. Its not a big deal but if I wasn't familiar with the area I would have become frustrated with it.Parking: Its best to park in the "west" ramp and walk the 1/2 a block.

TLDR: Excellent spot. Great sandwich meal. Wonderful service. I had to check if Keith Lee was in town with how amazing the customer service was. Top to bottom, great presentation. The place was clean, the guy at the front (owner?) was welcoming, and the prices are great. I wanted a Parmesan chicken sandwich but they were out so we got 2 crispy chicken sandwiches, no onions and 1 with cheese. The sandwich tasted amazing. Idk if it was cheese sauce or not, but no cheese slices on either. There was onions on one but it was large cut and easy to remove. I'm still so impressed so I won't hold it against them. The sandwich itself had two crispy juicy tenders in it and fresh lettuce and tomato. Hard to hold with two tenders but fun if you're a sloppy eater. The fries that came with them were crispy And well seasoned. We waited a while for the sandwiches and the nice gentleman gave us drinks for the wait.

My friend & I visited and their wasn't a person in there during lunch. Our excitement sadly took a nose dive. It took 35 minutes for a chicken wrap & chicken salad. One shorter older gentleman (no name tags) took my order and I specifically ordered NO SPICY RANCH, one bite and I knew it was spicy. A younger gentleman (red facial hair) was at the counter & I said "I told the man that took my order I didn't want this with the spicy ranch, regular instead" he pointed to my receipt & apparently the older man didn't put it down on my order. I said...ok but I told him and my friend also said I did.... He was like sorry. So I threw it away & waited for my friend to finish... just before leaving the young man said "did you want us to remake it?" Keep in mind we only get an hour lunch and at this point we were almost late getting back to work. I said "unfortunately, there's no time now but thanks"... why wait until you see we're leaving to do the right thing? I wish them nothing but luck, my hope is they read this and change their processes.
