They are alway out of things. At the moment they do not accept gift cards. The Customer service is terrible. My family and I walked in on the opposite side and not one person said a word to us. We walked over to the cold stone counter and no one came over or told us someone would be with us. We stood there for almost 5 mins without being addressed. Also, the stone looked disgusting and the station was messy.
It says everywhere that this location closes at 10pm. However, I got there with my kid at 9:45 and the employee said that they close everyday at 9:30pm and refused to serve us; adding that the website, door, etc., just hadn't been updated yet.
