DO NOT SUBMIT AN ONLINE ORDER FOR PICKUP!!!! Your order will not be made!! This location cannot process online orders for pickup. I went in to pick up my order and the extremely rude man at the front told me to handle it myself and my pizza would not be made. I asked why the store had not contacted the 3rd party ordering system and he said it wasn't his problem. I do not recommend this store to anyone who likes Cottage Inn.

Tried using my rewards through the slice app for a free pizza and they canceled it without contacting me because they "don't have drivers" even though I was leaving a almost $8.00 tip for driver. once it's canceled I cannot get my rewards back so now that is just gone. I would've had no problem picking it up if someone had taken the 2 minutes to just call and ask.
There's a slightly higher in price however the quality of their food makes up for it there pizza and chicken wings are very good best quality around and their service is always excellent I highly recommend Cottage Inn

Really good. One of my employees had told me about their pulled pork pizza and we had to try it. We loved the pizza, there was so much pulled pork on the pizza that we could only eat 2 slices, so we had a lot of leftovers.. my husband didn't particularly care for his sub, but he's really picky about subs.

I’m so mad right now! I ordered a pizza online and waited over an hour to get it. I called them and they said they don’t have a driver and that my order has been voided. When i asked whynobody called me to let me know so I can order from somewhere else or have the option to pick it up I was told “Well you weren’t charged so it doesn’t matter”. The guy on the phone was SUPER rude. Had I not called I would have never known my order wasn’t coming. I will never give them my business again.

The worst place I have ever ordered from. They used to be really good when the 2 men owned it and the older lady manager worked there. The new ownership is horrid. I ordered a pizza from there the other night and it was awful. Will never eat there again

Horrible service, place an order through their website at 5:20pm and received the confirmation. after about 30 minutes I called to check on my order I was hung up on called back was placed on hold for 10 minutes and I hung up and called again and somebody answers the phone "hello?" I have to verify I was calling cottage inn and his response was "yes we're closing we're not taking any orders". I expressed I had already placed an order an hour ago he said "to bad your money will be refunded" and hung up!

New owner and I'm not a fan..these employees could care less about customer service. They always give below mediocre pizza and it's just a simple pizza. I asked for half cheese and half banana peppers and the guy took it literally. I really wonder what the guy was thinking when he was making this pizza. Like hmm yeah..this seems about right. It's common sense really.

the delivery person was really nice but the food was horrible. had extra toppings i didn’t order hidden under the cheese. barely any sauce and it wasnt cooked all the way. the other cottage inn locations are better.
