When did Dairy Queen start serving blizzards with pop covers and not turning them upside down before serving? This place is a hit or miss, ordered 5 blizzards and all but 1 was runny like it was made with soft serve ice cream.

I had very bad experience with Dairy Queen , I stop there me and wife 2 kids …order food and ice cream, the cashier unprofessional very mean very racist no customer service,I ask her for napkins she gave me bad look I ask her for ketchup it took her 3 min to find ketchup she even told my wife and my 9 years old son don’t come back here again why coz I ask for napkins for ketchup the bathroom key , I will never be back again anyway.. I don’t recommend this place for families at all

Samantha M is an amazing employee, I had a party of 15, she was so accommodating splitting our bill into 3. She took all our orders with great professionalism and enthusiasm. PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE. She rapidly attended my party and did that blizzard flip, OH yeah!

They don't no how to make milkshakes smh taste like frozen milk ? DQ this is what they supposed to specialize in. I don't recommend.need them to relearn! Large shake i put it in the trash ? it was not a strawberry shake it was
We are huge Dairy Queen fans and have visited many throughout our state. This has easily become our favorite visit to date. Not only was the food and service great but the ownership team was on site and went out of their way to check on our experience. Being from a small town it was great to feel that personable ,small town appreciation from ownership on through all staff. We will make sure to visit anytime we are nearby.

Was great, friendly, kind staff. Seemed busy, since no one was at register at first, but had someone there in less than a minute. Worked in a restaurant before, can say this one seemed clean and professional, especially with the dirty dining scare happening. I'd order from this place without a thought of health inspection problems. Pre-ordered an ice cream cake for my wife, was the best ice cream cake I've ever had, was almost perfect. Good job!
