Ordered a Lox Bagel through UberEats, figuring 'ya can't go wrong with Einstein'... The picture displaying a bagel, loaded with lox... For $12,99 + tax, + delivery, + tip... etc... Turned out to be a $22.00 failure... 2 THICK slices of bitter tomato, a SMALL patch of lox and hardly ANY cream cheese... Whomever hates his/her/their job out there, prepping these orders should find a job they enjoy and not provide such a poor food order. Avoid pick up/delivery... go in person, at least you can return the food...

Worst service I asked to toast my bagel they told me there is a charge horrible and they taste better from Meijer and cost less if I wanted non toasted Bagels why would I come to you anyway nasty unfriendly and will never step at your place There is place Big Apple Bagel not too far I guess me and my kids will be going somewhere else

Bagels are good but employees working over there who served me is a middle aged lady is very reckless and food she served is not hot and cream-cheese was all over the bagel and the bag.Worst server i have seen!!!

I placed my order online when it said they were open I arrived at 7:30 AM it says they open at 7 AM they were still closed when I arrived there. Garbage place. Garbage employees. Garbage ownership

I ordered a bagel and cold brew coffee... they definitely microwaved the bagel instead of toasting, barely put any cream cheese, barely any milk in the coffee but a obscene amount of sugar. Inedible

This place has not accepted card for months now. No joke. Months!The size of the bagel has decreased at least 30% if not more. One bagel is no longer filling.

Today, as I was walking in on my lunch break, I find out, yet again, they don’t accept card, only cash because their machines are down?? As I expressed my unhappiness about this they told me to get out!! I gladly left and will never come back.
