When a customer complains it is important for a manager to learn how to communicate.. I called to complain and the first response I received was we do not respond even though I never asked for a refund, all I wanted to do was complain about something I received. I used to drive 60 minutes to get to this place but due to the basic customer service I will never go there again.

We crossed the US border to come to this place. We bought 2 lbs of the cookies. I cannot explain how terrible they were. They tasted so stale and old. We had to throw them all out. It was disgusting. We called the next day simply giving feedback to which the owner hung up on us. Won't be going there again. Shatilla is better anyway. No wonder its always empty in this place.

Bro there’s a cigarette smell and he has a attitude but I have tried the food and it’s not bad but the ice cream alone taste like 10 star ice cream it’s so good I’d give up my family for a spoonful idk if he put something in ur but omg the ice cream is SOOOOOO

I usually don't leave reviews, but I stumbled on this place because I had a taste for baklava, and didn't want to drive to Palm Sweets. I'm glad I did... almost went to shatila, but remembered the last visit we were awful. This place is the best I've had, period. Always fresh, always greeted nicely. Fair prices...
