The employees were extremely helpful and friendly, and a young man working there actually offered to help me out to my car with my purchases. Up there with the best bakeries I've ever patronized in life. Iversen's is the real deal. Everything from the cakes down to the littlest bits of filling in their cupcakes are homemade and very high quality. All very delicious and fresh. That being said, be prepared to drop a little chunk of change here. Their pre-arranged Christmas cookie assortment boxes are to die for. They're only offered during the Christmas holiday so if you love them you need to buy when you see them because they may be sold out if you come back for them the next day. The cookies are tiny - think 1-2 bites per cookie and you get a couple dozen give or take. They're $40 a box. Ouch! But they're probably hands down one of my favorite bakery Christmas cookie assortment boxes I've ever tasted. I have given a few out as gifts when they have them and everyone raves about them. The cupcakes are amazing and there's always at least 10+ different flavors that rotate daily. The frosting is all buttercream and very rich. It's not your average overly sweet grocery store bakery frosting. Not even close! Once you've had an Iversen's cupcake it will be difficult to have a cupcake from anywhere else lol. They keep them refrigerated, but I think they taste best when at room temperature so the frosting can soften. A 1/2 dozen cupcakes will run you about $21 and change. If money was no object I'd be here once a week for treats, but it's probably better for my waistline!***THEY NEED TO BRING BACK THEIR CINNAMON ROLLS***

I just left here on Fat Tuesday. ( busy day)One of the employees was trying to take my order but my 1 year old was running around and distracting me from ordering. And the employee was very nice to my son and I. Even gave him a cookie ❤️ I wish I got his name. As a mother it is hard job and that small interaction especially with him being nice turned my day around.I didn’t only leave with paczkis but also a happy customer that will be returning.

I've been buying cakes from Iversen's for 11 years. My most recent purchase was not impressive. The decoration and flavor of the $120.00 cake was very disappointing...it was a flop at the 10 year old's birthday party.
The cookies and cupcakes are amazing and the lady I always see each time I go in with my friend is so sweet.

Canoli could be one of the best in Wayne county. Staff are very courteous and prompt.Cakes on display are average when it comes to taste, decorations and ingredients but a bit pricey compared to the average quality. Viennoiseries are good and recommended.

“It’s just a cake,” was their flippant response to a relative of mine who had to go back into the bakery and exchange the cake that was given to her because the one that was given was not what was ordered. They did, to their credit, make the situation right. However, because it’s “just a cake” we’ll go to another bakery next time we need one and urge others to do the same as well. In the age of social media and the ability for anyone to review a business, one bad review could have lasting unfavorable after-effects. You might want to think about that the next time before you say to a customer “it’s just a cake.”

They did make the order right the second time, however, "it`s just a cake." You know what? They`re right! It is "just a cake." Because of this, we`ll go elsewhere next time when we need a cake. They`re not the only bakery around. Try to be careful next time, Iversons. In the age of social media and the ability of anyone to review something, a persons` or business reputation can be negatively affected by just one bad review.
